TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AGOLDE “NAME THAT STYLE” CONTEST

From February 8th until February 14th, 2020, AGOLDE will post photos on its Instagram feed and in its Instagram Stories showing its newest Fall 2020 jean style (the “Style”) which will be offered in different washes for the Fall 2020 season. AGOLDE will post stickers within its Instagram Stories where you can respond and submit suggestions for the name of the Style. No purchase necessary but you must follow AGOLDE on Instagram to be eligible and entries must be received by midnight on February 14, 2020 (Pacific time).  You may enter as many times as you wish. 

By entering, you agree to these Contest Rules and AGOLDE’s Privacy Policy. AGOLDE’s Privacy Policy appears on the AGOLDE Web Site at https://agolde.com/pages/privacy-policy. Please review our Privacy Policy and these Contest Rules before entering.

AGOLDE’s design team will select one winner from all entries timely received. The decision of AGOLDE’s design team will be final and conclusive. AGOLDE is not responsible for interruption of internet service or computer, transmission or other malfunctions that prevent an entry from being timely received. The winner will receive ten pieces from our Fall 2020 collection, including one pair of the Style in sizes selected by the winner, which must be sizes in which such pieces are offered for sale (the “Prize”). The retail value of the Prize is approximately $1,700. Only one winner will be selected.

By entering, you grant to AGOLDE all right, title and interest, including all rights of trademark and copyright, in and to the name(s) you suggest for the Style, as well as the right to publish the Instagram name associated with the winning entry and publicize that Instagram name as the winner of Prize.

The winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message. AGOLDE shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam or other privacy or security settings.  If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond to claim the Prize within one week from the time award notification is sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the Prize will be forfeited. Prizes are non-transferable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of all or part of a Prize for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute with items of equal or greater dollar value.

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and at least the age of majority in your state of residence: 19 years of age in Alabama or Nebraska and 21 years of age in Mississippi). Employees of AGOLDE or its affiliated companies and brands and persons residing in their households are not eligible. Contest is open only to individuals who are permanent legal residents of the United States, except that residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia and other U.S. territories are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with receipt of the Prize. The winner agrees to furnish AGOLDE with and/or execute any additional documents requested in connection with the awarding of the Prize, including tax identification information. 

As a condition to claiming the Prize, the winner must execute and return a release confirming that the winner is eligible under and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in these Contest Rules and releasing AGOLDE from all liability arising from acceptance or use of the Prize. Additional proof of eligibility may be required.
