Gift Card Terms & Conditions

When you purchase or use an AGOLDE Gift Card you are agreeing to these Gift Card Terms and Conditions. We may update these Gift Card Terms and Conditions from time to time, so please check periodically for changes. 

AGOLDE Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) may only be redeemed at our website for goods to be delivered within the United States.

All sales of Gift Cards are final. Gift cards do not expire.

You may return or exchange a Gift Card for a new Gift Card at no charge. You may not receive a cash refund for Gift Card amount. 

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon sale. AGOLDE is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards or the unauthorized use of your Gift Card by third parties.

Balance inquiries can be made by emailing or by calling our Customer Service Department at 323-923-1250 Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm Pacific time. The balance provided is only an estimate. In most cases, your balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed. Gift Cards are not reloadable.

Resale of Gift Cards is not permitted without our consent. AGOLDE has the right to refuse to accept any Gift Card, and may request an alternative form of payment, if AGOLDE believes such Gift Card has been fraudulently obtained. Gift Cards are only available for purchase directly from AGOLDE on its website. You should not purchase Gift Cards from third parties, as we cannot guarantee their authenticity.

Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities unless you obtain our prior written approval. You are not authorized to use Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies that AGOLDE is associated with, endorses or approves of the activities of any person, website, business, charity, product or service without the advance written approval of AGOLDE.
